
The breads I baked

The name of these bread is Heidi’s Soft White Bread in Japanese. Yes they are white bread but they should be more pale colour, actually. I should have shorter baking time with my oven, instead. But these are plain bread so that they go well either with sweet thing such as jam or honey, or savoury things, such as ham, etc.
