Brownies for Valentine day

In my country, Valentine's day is overly commercialized and this is the *only* day when a girls say "I love you." to her loved ones, giving out the gifts, mostly chocolate related sweets. The reason why this is the only day is it was supposed to be shameful if the girls say such things even to someone she loves not so long ago.
I baked this brownies but my husband is in Tokyo on business. It's better to bake this again when he come back???
