That famous hats

I finally got invitation from Ravelry and start knitting this famous hat for me and Little Miss Chatty. I should have chosen colours with striking contrast to show off this beautiful pattern, I'm afraid that sort of colour might not look good on me so that I chose these four colours. Even I finish one hat, I still have fair amount of 4 ply wool left. I'm wondering what I should do with them, now.
